CRM Systems Developer - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization. As a Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, a central component of our integrated CRM, ticketing, omni-channel marketing, and web systems. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for the development, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform. Leverage expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder to provide creative solutions that optimize and automate business processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve user experiences.
Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders, the CRM Systems Administrator, and the CRM Product Manager to gather and document requirements. Design solutions and develop custom code and configurations aligned with technology strategy and architecture goals under the guidance of the Digital Platforms and Solutions Architect.
Training and Support: Provide technical guidance, support, and training to the CRM Systems Administrator on the Salesforce platform, including best practices and development standards. Offer end-user support by creating and resolving support tickets and collaborating with vendors when necessary.
Integration and Data Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems to streamline business processes and enhance data quality. Collaborate with the IT data team to ensure data integrity and security.
Platform Performance: Work closely with the CRM Systems Administrator to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the Salesforce platform. Monitor and optimize system performance, implement best practices for security, and scalability.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new Salesforce releases, features, and functionality. Make recommendations for leveraging these updates to improve business processes. Test, evaluate, and ensure the smooth roll-out of releases to the production environment.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

This is a full-time remote position, Monday to Friday.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts.
Experience: 3 or more years of Salesforce development experience.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder. Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft or Dell Boomi), Git, and Salesforce DX.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce non-profit service pack (NPSP).
Training Experience: Experience providing training, especially of technical information to a non-technical audience.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Documentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise technical documentation related to technical and data concepts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Adaptability: Ability to collaborate and help lead processes that span across departmental areas. Adjust and adapt to changing circumstances and shifting priorities.
