Job Title: CRM Onboarding Specialist Location: US Remote Position Summary We’re hiring a CRM Onboarding Specialist to onboard MSP clients into MSP Success PRO , a digital offering that includes a website + SEO package (Vendasta) and a CRM package (Keap) . You’ll lead clients through configuration, training, and adoption with a high-touch, outcome-driven approach. This is a performance-driven role for someone who cares about the client journey and balances empathy with clear expectations and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities Lead live virtual onboarding sessions and guide clients through setup, configuration, and launch steps Deliver clear training and resources to drive adoption Manage onboarding plans, timelines, and proactive communication Respond to client tickets with timely, high-quality support and provide coverage as needed Troubleshoot issues, identify blockers early, and coordinate with internal teams Focus on long-term outcomes (not checklist onboarding) and contribute to playbook/SOP improvements Required Qualifications 2 to 3 years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or CRM support Strong CRM knowledge (pipelines, automations, segmentation, campaigns, contacts, integrations); KEAP a plus Confident leading calls and trainings with business owners and teams Organized and comfortable managing multiple onboardings Client-first, accountable, and able to balance empathy with execution Strong team collaboration: you work well across departments, communicate openly, share knowledge, and support teammates to deliver a seamless client experience Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives !
