CRM-manager (Russian+English language)

This is a remote position. We, IT Career Hub, are a leading EdTech company dedicated to developing and training in the field of information technology. IT Career Hub's mission is to train adults for careers in information technology, fostering the individual development of each student, and helping them find new and promising jobs. IT Career Hub's training programs are AZAV-certified and designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, enabling them to learn regardless of their work experience, prior knowledge, and skills. Our mission goes beyond training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We partner with leading industry companies to provide our students with the opportunity to gain experience through internships and ultimately, employment with one of these companies. Requirements: • At least two years of experience in CRM marketing. • A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques. • Analytical skills, product-based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses. • Focus on results (bottom line revenue). • Experience with traffic and email analytics systems. • English proficiency at level B2 or higher. Requirements • Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments. • Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of internal ones. • Segment and analyze the customer base. • Manage the CRM department: copywriters, email managers, and designers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan activities jointly with school product managers. • Budget, plan, and monitor departmental performance indicators, and adjust strategies and tactics for internal communication channels with the customer base. • Develop and manage a webinar chain.
