You Are

A seasoned transformation leader with deep experience in SAP CRM and CPQ. You comfortably engage senior client stakeholders on strategy and solution design, and guide teams through detailed configuration, integrations, and delivery challenges. You bring a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and measurable business outcomes. You own client relationships, provide clear status and risk visibility, and uphold financial and contractual commitments.

The Work
• Lead the definition of business requirements, process design, and solution architecture for SAP CRM, CPQ, and subscription‑based monetization solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end functional solution design across SAP CRM, SAP BRIM / Subscription Order Management (SOM), and related CRM‑CPQ capabilities.
• Guide and oversee configuration, customizations, and extensions using Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows, Power Automate, Integration APIs, webAPI, BCF, and Model‑driven apps.
• Provide functional and technical leadership for CRM‑CPQ solutions built on SAP and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps Portals.
• Design, review, and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, including data migration and data synchronization.
• Lead functional design documentation, user stories, process flows, test strategies, and deployment plans.
• Review peer deliverables and code, provide quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement through design and code enhancements.
• Ensure strong application lifecycle management practices across environments, releases, and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, technical architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Support solution deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations where required.
• Contribute to business development activities, solution estimations, and proposal development as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Operate effectively within Agile / Scrum delivery models and guide teams in best practices.

Here’s What You Need
• 8 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM and CPQ, with a strong techno‑functional background.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end CRM implementations in a consulting environment.
• Deep hands‑on experience with CRM configuration and customizations, including Plugins, JavaScript, workflows, APIs, Power Automate, and model‑driven apps.
• Strong experience with SAP CRM‑CPQ, Power Apps Portals, and related CRM ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, including data migration and data synchronization.
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management and enterprise delivery practices.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speakingÂ
stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with theseÂ
English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible toÂ
reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If
• SAP certifications in SAP CRM, Hybris Billing / BRIM, CPQ, or related areas.
• Experience in subscription‑based, consumption‑based, or As‑a‑Service business models.
• Prior experience in industries such as telecom, utilities, automotive, mobility, or tolling.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in Application Management Services (AMS) or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in Solution Deployment and Power Apps Portal development.
• Comfort operating within subscription and consumption monetization models.

Travel & Work Model

Occasional travel may be required based on client needs; flexible remote/hybrid work models supported where client and project context allow.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
