CRM Consultant (Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Titan) (Contract)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a CRM Consultant to help our local service business customers get the most out of their CRM software.
In this role, you will work with small business owners one on one to guide them on how to effectively implement and make use of a CRM in their business. We are seeking someone who is an expert on CRM platforms for home service and construction professionals. You will meet with our customers to understand their business objectives and chart a course of action to solve for those objectives through their CRM system. You will work alongside our tech team to implement and deploy the customers CRM in their business, and you will support our customers as needed in making use of their CRM.
An ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned expert in CRM platforms for service industries, capable of proactively advising non-technical customers how to get the most out of their investment in CRM software. You are comfortable translating customer needs and pain points into solutions. You are also comfortable providing light training and troubleshooting for our customers.
This is a contract position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work directly with our small business customers, guiding them on how to maximize the return on their investment in CRM software.
ā¢ Work alongside our tech team to integrate Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Service Titan software into our customersā business and website. From helping them configure forms and reports, to implementing quote templates, plugins, scheduling, and routing tools.
Skills Needed:
ā¢ 3+ years of CRM experience preferably with experience with local service business.
ā¢ Comfort working with common service industry CRM platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Service Titan.
ā¢ Must have some availability during standard business hours (9-5).
