We have offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol.Role PurposeLearnWorlds is seeking a detail-oriented, technically capable CRM Administrator to own and evolve our HubSpot CRM instance across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will play a critical role in enabling go-to-market teams to execute efficiently, aligning systems with business goals, and improving lead management, campaign execution, and reporting accuracy. This is a key operations role embedded within the Revenue Operations function, helping drive scalable processes and data integrity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to support a high-performing commercial engine.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including user management, workflows, properties, and integrationsMaintain CRM data hygiene and governance to ensure accuracy, deduplication, and segmentation integritySupport Marketing Ops and Demand Gen teams in campaign setup, lead routing, and lifecycle automationPartner with Sales Ops to continuously refine lead scoring, funnel stages, and pipeline visibilityBuild and optimize reports and dashboards across GTM teams to track KPIs, velocity, and conversionsTroubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders and external vendorsDocument CRM processes, field mappings, workflows, and standard operating proceduresImplement rules for lead deduplication, disqualification, and source attribution to support forecastingSupport integration of third-party tools (e.g., Clearbit, Segment, Zapier, Influ2) into HubSpotCollaborate with Product and CX teams to improve trial tracking, support-sourced lead handling, and customer lifecycle dataRequirements3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)Proven ability to create, manage, and document complex workflows and automation logicDeep understanding of lead lifecycle, B2B funnel management, and CRM best practicesProficiency in data validation, deduplication, segmentation, and database managementExperience supporting both inbound marketing and sales-led motionsStrong analytical skills; ability to build actionable reports and dashboardsComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teamsExcellent attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skillsGood to have:HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations HubFamiliarity with tools like Segment, Zapier, BrandVerity, or data enrichment APIsExperience with RevOps functions in a SaaS or PLG environmentUnderstanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices for CRM systemsPrevious involvement in CRM migrations or implementing cross-system integrationsExperience supporting international GTM efforts (multi-region lead routing, field mapping, etc.)BenefitsPrivate life and health insurance planFully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per yearYour personal annual training budgetAn annual home office allowance to set up your personal spaceCompany laptop 23 days of paid time off3 early summer Fridays in July and AugustA free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own coursesWork in one of the globally top 5 e-learning courses platformAn opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow's e-learningAn entrepreneurial, international, and highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy that will both challenge you and help you reach your highest potentialAnnual company retreats (see the video of our latest retreat).Originally posted on Himalayas
