Since 2019, we’ve expanded our footprint to 4 continents and have been supporting many of the world’s most successful businesses, including GE, Pfizer, KPMG, and UBS.This role is working EST hours Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 1:00am SASTWhat will you do as a CRM Administrator?As our first dedicated CRM Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our customer data, supporting RevOps strategy, and enabling the entire go-to-market team to move faster and smarter. You will lead efforts to audit, clean, and optimise our CRM HubSpot, and build workflows and automations that support marketing, sales, and customer success operations.Your day-to-day responsibilities:Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimise lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stagesStreamline processes and align CRM with GTM strategyBuild and maintain workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiencyImplement processes to ensure high-quality data capture at every stage of the funnelDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly GTM leadership meetingsEstablish and maintain data quality rules, naming conventions, and documentationMonitor deal pipeline hygiene and ensure data quality standards are maintainedManage inbound lead allocation and assignment for sales team membersMaintain data hygiene by cleaning, deduplicating, and enriching existing records in our CRM HubSpotEvaluate and implement CRM-integrated tools that improve usability and performanceClean and manage lists for marketing activities to ensure effectivenessManage user access, roles, and permissions in HubSpot while providing day-to-day support for CRM users, including troubleshooting and trainingStay on top of HubSpot product updates and best practicesIdeally, you should have the following qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM (HubSpot certification a plus). We are open to candidates with only Salesforce experienceStrong understanding of CRM best practices and data governance principlesExperience with workflow automation, list management, and reportingMeticulous attention to detail and passion for clean, structured dataStrong communication skills with ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and CS teamsExperience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B environmentsBonus PointsExperience with other tools in our tech stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong)Knowledge of lead lifecycle management, MQL/SQL definitions, and funnel reportingBackground in revenue operations or business systems administrationWhat’s in it for youSalary: CompetitiveHybrid schedule: We offer a flexible working schedule.
