BAYADA is a home health care provider seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across New York City boroughs. The Take Home Lead Nurse role involves supporting new case starts, urgent callouts, and complex care needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams.
