About Temp Services:
The Temp Services team plays a critical role in supporting Walmart’s workforce by managing credentialing processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We focus on maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, and handling essential communication to keep our teams running effectively. As a Credentialing Support Analyst, you’ll directly contribute to efficiency and accuracy, enabling the company to continue delivering on its mission to help people live better.
What youll do...
What you’ll do
• Monitor and manage the team inbox to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CheckMedic.
• Respond to emails, escalating issues as needed to the right team members.
• Support team tasks and provide documentation as required.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
