Creative Team Lead

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Team Lead to oversee and elevate the performance of our Amazon-focused design team. This individual will manage a team of 6+ graphic designers, guiding the creative vision, ensuring design excellence across all deliverables, and driving efficiency through streamlined workflows and AI-enhanced processes.If you’re passionate about branding, eCommerce design, and leveraging AI to push creative boundaries, we want to hear from you.RequirementsWhat we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in graphic design/ creative strategies/ marketing , with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Deep understanding of Amazon design best practices Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Experience using AI tools in the creative process (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.). Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A portfolio showcasing Amazon-specific design work and leadership in creative execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Managing team of 6+ designers, checking and signing off all work produced by the team, managing and distribution of work flow Provide strong visual and conceptual guidance, ensuring alignment with Amazon best practices across Product Listings, A+ Content, Sponsored Brand Ads, and Brand Stores. Managed multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work was delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative initiatives aligned with overall brands objectives. Advocate for and implement AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and improve design outcomes.
