The founder:Joey Alter is a skilled executive with over ten years of experience in direct marketing, specializing in paid social customer acquisition and retention. As the founder of Stealth Mode Agency, Joey has successfully managed multi-million dollar ad campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, with a total ad spend managed of over $250 million dollars over the course of his career. He is also an accomplished freelancer, delivering exceptional results in conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and email marketing. Joey is passionate about continuous improvement, applying this mindset to enhance paid social strategies, long-form copy, and conversion funnels. Job Description: We are hiring a Creative Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal person for this role has a genuine interest in online advertising, a growth mindset, and at least a few wins they can point to, where ads they produced or copy they wrote converted well. This is a great position for someone with 2-4 years experience who wants to level up their game. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and finds creative solutions —not just someone who follows a playbook. A willingness to learn all you can and continually improve is much more important than years of tenure. Experience writing & producing video ads for Meta, Youtube or Tiktok is a plus, as is experience writing for financial services clients. What You’ll Do: Write: Work with the CEO, and our video team to draft and produce videos ads that convert. Additional writing of landing pages, advertorials, interstitials and emails as needed.Recruit actors & influencers: We are always expanding our network of actors to star in our videos.Research: With guidance from the CEO, you’ll research the ideal customer persona, their problems, desires, needs, fears and decision set.Test planning and execution: Work with the CEO and our media buyers to continuously improve results through a/b and multivariate testing. Eventually own the whole loop from ideation, to prioritization, implementation and iteration.Competitive research: Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies in our target industries.Performance analysis: Audit performance on each account twice weekly for insights and test opportunities.Video review: Ensure all ads created by the video editing team are up to spec, work collaboratively with them to communicate our sales message in the visual language of video.Conversion rate optimization: Work with the CEO and our development team to continuously improve the revenue per visitor and conversion rate of our landing pages, advertorials and owned & operated leadgen properties.
