Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and manage social media marketing content and profiles across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform our social media strategy. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Set specific, measurable objectives and report on return on investment (ROI) to ensure the success of our social media campaigns. Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize our online presence and improve our search engine rankings. Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Respond to follower queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, and maintain a high level of customer engagement. Oversee the design of our social media accounts, including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications to ensure our online presence remains cutting-edge. Essential Qualifications Proven work experience as a Social Media Designer/Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and product visualization skills. Hands-on experience in content management, with a deep understanding of content creation, curation, and distribution. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Ability to deliver high-quality, creative content across multiple formats, including text, image, and video. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving website traffic. Knowledge of online marketing channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer marketing. Familiarity with web design principles and practices, with a keen eye for user experience and user interface. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field, with a strong academic background and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Certifications in social media marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
