interns who consistently show up, take initiative, and deliver at a high level can be assigned to real clients and earn paid work under a creative services agent.
what you’ll do:
— support brand, content, strategy, or design projects based on your skill set
— learn unmatte™’s creative process, tools, systems, and client standards
— shadow agents and creatives across a range of industries
— complete practice projects and internal creative challenges
— receive feedback, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities
— earn the potential to move up to paid client work
this internship is for you if:
— you’re trying to break into branding, marketing, design, or strategy
— you’re hungry to learn and open to being coached
— you’ve got some creative skills and want to sharpen them with structure
— you want real-world experience inside a creative agency
— you want freedom, but you're still down to be held to a standard
