Creative Project Manager, Amazon North America Stores Creative

We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented, hands on Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Creative. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers, and creating bar-raising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are hit while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading internal and agency-produced work, and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders.

They will be an expert communicator, adept at engaging all levels of contributors and working with different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities
? Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.
? Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders? role and responsibilities.
? Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
? Uphold standards and best practices methods.
? Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.
? Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
? Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
? Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
? Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders

improvements where relevant.
? On-board and manage external vendor resources.

Basic Qualifications
? 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
? Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
? Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
? Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in multi-territory campaign management
? Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
