We’re seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the client’s social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; you’ll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing/designing/editing). You’ll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.

• Brand voice guardian: Define and maintain a distinct, globally resonant tone (with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends).
• Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
• AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
• Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
