Creative Ops Director – Sickos Clothing
Sickos is a YouTube channel with 800,000 subscribers and a growing clothing brand. We are looking for someone who wants to help take this to the next level. This is not a corporate vibe. We are a young team that works fast, experiments a lot, and cares about style and culture. We are not trying to grow just a merch company. We are already beyond that and want to build a brand that competes with the Quicksilvers of the world.
We have more work than our current team can handle and are looking for someone who can start by learning and helping with tasks, then slowly transition into managing the brand altogether.
This will realistically start as a part-time remote role focused on training and smaller tasks. Over time, it will transition into a full-time position with very flexible hours and a wide variety of responsibilities.
We are looking for someone young, savvy with design, skilled in a variety of software, and committed to growing with us for the long run. This is not a short-term role. Bringing someone on and training them is a big investment, so you need to be fully committed to building something lasting.
We are a team of six, all in our 20s, who started this as a group of friends and are now expanding. It is a fun, fast-moving team to be part of, and no day will ever be boring.
What you will do:
• Direct our clothing brand’s creative vision and day-to-day logistics
• Hire and manage freelance designers
• Build mood boards with the team and turn ideas into clear briefs
• Create and edit tech packs and mockups in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Manage factory communication and oversee cut and sew production
• Vet factories, compare quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate shipping
• Plan and track production timelines and operations strategy
• Update Shopify products and pages and help improve the site design
• Plan and launch Klaviyo campaigns
• Align customer service and 3PL to keep service strong and inventory accurate
• Go beyond assigned tasks by proposing and driving ideas to grow the brand
• Random tasks
What we are looking for:
• Strong eye for style and design
• Comfortable in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, AI Software
• Experience in the clothing or fashion industry
• Young, passionate, eager to learn, good communicator
• Flexible hours
Pay:
• Starting part time while defining role, to grow into a full-time monthly role
• Long term, this role could transition into CEO of the Sickos clothing brand
