What You'll Be Doing Lead the selection and implementation of creative tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Asana, and AI-powered automation solutions.Develop and refine creative workflows for briefing, quality assurance, and asset delivery to improve efficiency.Standardize creative templates, best practices, and processes that enhance scalability.Leverage AI and automation to streamline production without sacrificing creative excellence.Establish and track performance metrics to drive operational improvements.Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Leadership teams to align priorities and enhance customer experience.Build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, setting clear goals and driving execution.Foster a data-driven decision-making culture that encourages efficiency, speed, and continuous improvement.
