Creative Motion Designer (Ads & Social Media)

We are looking for a Creative Motion Designer to join our team and elevate our high-performance video content. If you don’t just animate layers but understand how to hook a viewer in the first 2 seconds and use AI to push visual boundaries — we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Produce ~20 video creatives per month for Meta and TikTok, focusing on high-converting structures (Hooks, Body, CTA). Edit and animate 6–8 Reels (30–60 sec) per month, bringing scripts to life with dynamic visual illustrations and audio. Use AI tools (Runway, Kling, Kaiber, etc.) to generate and enhance visual elements and concepts. Proactively find and select additional materials (stock photos, sounds, graphic elements) to create engaging, viral-worthy content. Work closely with the SMM Manager and Creative Marketing Manager to brainstorm and test new visual hypotheses. Requirements: 2+ years in Motion Design (preferably within E-commerce / DTC). Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects , Adobe Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder. Deep understanding of social media trends and conversion triggers that drive sales. Hands-on experience with AI video and image generators (Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Freepik AI, etc.). Obsessive attention to detail — from perfect alignment and typo-free captions to organized project files. Strong English communication and reporting skills (B2+). Soft Skills & Values: Proactivity: You don't just execute a brief; you suggest ways to make the visual more viral or dynamic. Responsibility: Full ownership of deadlines and quality throughout every stage of the process. Feedback: Ability to embrace constructive critique as a growth tool to improve the final result. Nice to have: Experience in the Lingerie or Fashion category. Experience preparing briefs for shoots or creating complex visual concepts from scratch.
