Key Responsibilities
Develop and direct high-quality creative campaigns that span multiple platforms, including social media, advertising, and more
Conceptualize and create brand-led campaigns that drive engagement and business results
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring that work meets Apple standards
Lead and manage a team of creatives, including copywriters, art directors, designers, filmmakers, and creators
Recruit and build a world-class team of culture-first, social-first thinkers
Articulate and sell big ideas to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Own cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction
Develop multi-media extensions that extend ideas across the Apple ecosystem
Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, and strengthen partnerships with current vendors
Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of significant experience in the creative industry, including 5 years of management experience with increasing responsibility
Proven ability to create and direct high-quality creative campaigns that span multiple platforms
Experience leading cross-functional efforts within a large company, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
Experience managing a creative team, identifying growth opportunities, and defining career paths for direct reports
International experience or experience working with global teams
Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
A strong portfolio that showcases famous creative and integrated campaigns, breakthrough social thinking, and a diversity of ideas and approaches to marketing and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
