We’re now looking for a creative and reliable Creative Director to join our growing team! Our Creative team is growing and we’re looking for a Creative Director that can: • Establish the creative vision and creative strategy for client accounts • Design custom creative frameworks • Oversee the execution of requests with our Creative team • Establish brand consistency with our Creative team • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors • Keep creative production on schedule without compromising quality What You’ll Do: • Be the strategic creative vision for client accounts: Plan out the brand guidelines/parameters, creative style, creative strategy, and frameworks to use on an account. • Supervise the creation of compelling ad creatives suited for advertisements on social and advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) by managing our creative team and assigning creative requests. • Professionally provide guidance and feedback on static and video creatives. • Assist with crafting static and video creatives as needed. • Ensure that creative requests are done well and on time. • Optimize our creative production process. What We’re Looking For: • At least 5 years of experience with Creative Direction on advertising creatives • Proven track record establishing branding guidelines and creative strategic vision • At least 5 years of experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing • At least 5 years of experience crafting static creatives for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn) • Proven experience working with brand books and brand guidelines • Proficiency in Graphic Design programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma • Proficiency in Video Editor programs: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and design principles is a must • Proven experience designing strong ad creatives for social media and advertising for a variety of brands • Ability to work what creatives with performance and conversion in mind • Good understanding of marketing hooks, pacing, and storytelling • Communicative, collaborative, and open to feedback • Proven experience managing multiple team members, projects, and deadlines • Strong sense of organization and accountability • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must • Ad agency experience is a plus! • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Graphic Design preferred • Experience with Monday.com and Slack preferred Payment & Role Structure: • We’re looking for someone that can work in the 8am - 5pm CT time zone. • This role is an Independent Contractor role.
