More Information: www.finn.com Your Role As a Creative Brand Lead at FINN you will be on the mission to build a love-brand that moves hearts and pipelines- a brand that people choose, talk about and defend. To get there we need a creative genius who combines a clear and consistent strategy with inspiring craft to define our brand beliefs and turn them into a clear system that lives across campaigns, products and all customer facing touchpoints. You will lead a team member and work with different departments to drive impact across the entire organisation. Your Benefits This role is either based in Munich with flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Germany or alternatively based remotely with regular travels to our Munich office. Your Responsibilities Shape our brand strategy: memorable brand narrative and a story that sticks, distinctive brand positioning, brand beliefs that match FINN’s mission and vision, customer promise, relatable tone of voice, and visual identity Build FINN’s brand architecture: translate our brand values into decision frameworks activated across all touch points with our future and existing customers, ensure our brand shows up consistently across the full journey Develop deep understanding of our customers through a continuous insight generation program that will include qualitative and quantitative research, customer interviews, social listening etc. Translate the customer and market insights into catchy ideas, unforgettable stories and experiences that make our potential audience love our brand Ship integrated initiatives across owned/earned/paid channels Provide hands-on direction for copy, design, motion, and experiments Grow our Brand Awareness and generate positive impact on other user acquisition channels Create a measurement system that matters for brand and creative effectiveness Your Profile You have 5+ years of experience in brand strategy and creative (agency experience welcomed) You are a creative machine: You can generate 10 ideas per brief and transform them into communication that integrates into customer lives You run cross-functional projects with the ability to influence and create brand ambassadorship across organisation You are a story teller and can easily turn insights into stories that stick You are not afraid to provoke, break patterns and choose unconventional solutions You are obsessed with customers and know how to speak their language You work with clarity and consistency You are Fluent in German (ideally native) and English (B2 level at minimum).
