HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST SHIFT HOURS: TBD, morning SHIFT DAYS: Sunday to Friday NUMBER OF VAs: 1 GENDER PREFERENCE: Female LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: Neutral Accent ACCENT PREFERENCE: None REGION PREFERENCES: None RESPONSIBILITIES: • Marketing Strategy Development • Create and execute digital marketing plans aligned with the client’s business goals. • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activity. • Social Media Management • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter). • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools. • Engage with online audiences to grow followers and boost brand visibility. • Content Creation & Brand Messaging • Design or coordinate creation of social media graphics, short-form videos, and marketing copy. • Draft and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional posts. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all virtual channels. • Analytics & Reporting • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights). • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. • Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize ROI. • Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with the client and their team through virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, email). • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and online communities to increase engagement and build relationships. • Budget Tracking • Assist with tracking marketing spend and reporting on budget performance. • Brand Management • Monitor brand reputation online and recommend strategies to maintain a strong, positive presence. • Stay current with digital marketing and social media trends. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required for experienced VAs). • 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing and social media management. • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns remotely and achieving measurable results. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong creative skills and ability to produce engaging content. • Comfortable working independently and reporting progress virtually. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
