HOURS/WEEK: 20 hours SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST SHIFT HOURS: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined Number of VAs: 1 to start GENDER PREFERENCE: N/A LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English ACCENT PREFERENCE: Neutral REGION PREFERENCES: N/A RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments • Maintain organized records of billing activity and client communications • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed • Eventually conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, scheduling, or service-related communication • Provide regular updates to the team regarding billing status and client interactions QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable making outbound calls in a professional manner • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines • Prior experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role preferred APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: TBD CLIENT INDUSTRY: General Contracting Want to work with this amazing client?
