CPT-8056 Business Support Virtual Assistant

We are a mergers and acquisitions brokerage firm that helps private equity funds find businesses to acquire. Our team consists of four full-time employees and one part-time employee, and we are looking to expand our operations by hiring two dedicated Virtual Business Assistants. This role will primarily focus on back-end support for our outreach, research, and operations teams, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.

Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle internal email correspondence.
• Research Support: Aid head of research in developing information on target companies. Verify bulk data sheets for accuracy, research missing information, ensure accurate contact information.
• Data Entry & CRM Management: Input and maintain accurate data in Salesforce. Convert bulk data sheets into CRM upload ready format. Ensure information is properly catalogued in the CRM.
• Presentation & Document Preparation: Update and customize company presentation decks using Canva.
• Operations Support: Assist with internal processes and workflows, ensuring efficient coordination across teams.
• Software & Tools Management: Organize and monitor data in Dialpad (no calling required).
• Occasional Research Tasks: Utilize platforms like Grata and ZoomInfo as needed.

Qualifications
• Experience: 2-4 years in an administrative or business assistant role.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Monday.com, Salesforce, Outlook(full suite of products), Canva, and Dialpad (or similar tools).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately enter and manage data within CRM systems.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms and productivity tools.
• Experience in a sales or operations support role.
• Prior experience working in a mergers and acquisitions or financial services environment (nice to have)
