Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Video Editing VA who can also build high-converting landing pages in HubSpot or WordPress. This role will support our marketing initiatives by creating promotional assets, editing videos, designing graphics, and assisting in setting up landing pages for campaigns and downloads. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong visual storytelling skills, understands marketing fundamentals, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: 1. Graphic Design • Create visually engaging graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. • Design promotional materials such as banners, ads, downloadable PDFs, and digital flyers. • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. • Revise and refine designs based on feedback. 2. Video Editing • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, landing pages, and marketing promotions. • Add captions, transitions, simple animations, and brand elements. • Repurpose raw video clips into multiple content formats (short clips, reels, teasers). • Optimize videos for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). 3. Landing Page Creation (HubSpot or WordPress) Expounded requirement as requested: • Build and update landing pages using HubSpot or WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg, HubSpot Landing Page Tool). • Assist in integrating lead forms, CTAs, email capture sections, and downloadable content. • Ensure mobile-responsiveness, fast loading times, and clean page layout. • Upload and format content such as graphics, videos, and copy provided. • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure each landing page aligns with the intended funnel and campaign objectives. • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion-focused layout is a plus. 4. Social Media Support (Assets Only) • Prepare design and video materials for social media promotion. • Create downloadable content (e.g., guides, checklists, lead magnets) for posting. • Deliver ready-to-upload assets following platform specs and brand guidelines. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required). • Familiarity with creating landing pages in HubSpot or WordPress. • Strong sense of design, branding, and visual communication. • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple creative projects. • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to revise as needed. • Good communication skills and ability to follow creative direction. • Preferred tools include Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut or similar video editors, HubSpot Landing Page Builder or WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi), and file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Work Schedule • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday • Daily Working Time: TBD Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
