CPC - Certified Professional Coder as Revenue Cycle Specialist - KS, MO, CO, OK, AR Residents Only

ā¢ Position currently only open to Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Arkansas residents.
Position & Responsibilities:
Work remotely as a full-time CPC as a Revenue Cycle Specialist. The RCM Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the revenue cycle for the medical group, which may include physician clinics, RHC, FQHC, or ASC specialties. This includes coding claims, entering charges, submitting claims to insurance carriers, creating statements, posting payments and adjustments, working denials, patient phone calls, and working aging. Must stay up to date on industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and coding. Must also maintain confidentiality of patient information. This full-time position offers a competitive salary reflective of your work history. In addition, a generous benefits package is provided to you as part of your overall compensation. High School diploma or equivalent required. CPC Certification is required. Healthcare billing experience is required. Rural health and DME experience preferred. Pass a drug screen and background check per agency procedures. Proficient computer, technical, reading, writing, grammar, typing, and mathematical skills are necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPC Certification required
- Rural health and DME experience preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and regulations
