Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Hybris 2-3 days
Salary: $155k -185k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits
Requirements: Must have Active CPA or EA, and currently be a Sr. Tax Manager / Tax Manager

We are growing quickly and looking to grow our family of CPAs so we can keep the workload to a minimum. We know public accounting can be hectic so we do what we can to keep you within the 40-45 hour range year round. We are a small firm but we have a large firm type of clients. We always look to promote within before finding outside talent, so we are looking for individuals looking to Quickly become a Partner and set in for one of our Partners who just retired.
What You Need
5+ Years in Public Accounting
Active CPA or EA
Expertise in Business and Individual Tax
Privately Held Businesses
HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
Clients generating ($1 million - $10 million in revenue)
Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams
What You Will Be Doing
Prepare & Review Complex Tax Returns
Partnership Heavy - w/ Multi-State
Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
Researching Complex Tax Issues
Train & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employees
Managing Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times
Benefits
Base Salary: $155,000-$185,000
Annual Bonus Opportunities
401(k) company match dollar-for-dollar on your first 6% into the plan
Annual profit-sharing contribution equal to 10% of your prior year's gross pay, bringing the total firm contribution to your retirement plan to 16% of your compensation
