• Collaborate with our team on tax, accounting & advisory work
• Participate in leadership decisions as the practice expands
• Help shape the long‑term strategy of the firm
Compensation
• Competitive partner‑level base compensation
• Revenue sharing on your book
• Equity track available after initial period
