CPA Audit Director & Reviewer (GAGAS/OMB Specialist ) - Remote (US)
Role: CPA Audit Director & Reviewer (Remote ā GAGAS/OMB Specialist)
Compensation: $150,000 - $325,000+ (Based on expertise and AI-adaptation)
Equity: Eligibility for Partnership track upon verification of commitment and performance.
Responsibly: You are the main link between our 200-person offshore office (Chartered Accountants) and our US client base. This is a high-tech, high-autonomy role for an auditor who wants to use technology to eliminate manual work and be relevant.
ā¢ Quality Governance: Conduct high-level technical reviews of audit workpapers, GASB financial statements, and reports prepared by our team.
ā¢ AI Integration: Actively utilize and oversee Agentic AI tools to enhance audit precision.
ā¢ Client Service: Lead all client-facing communications. You must be as comfortable on a video call or a quick text as you are in a formal report.
ā¢ Leadership: Direct and mentor our Indian and US staff to maintain strict GAGAS/OMB compliance.
Qualifications: Active US CPA (Mandatory).
ā¢ Specialization: 3+ years of deep experience in GAGAS (Yellow Book) and OMB Uniform Guidance.
ā¢ Mindset: A "continuous learner" who views AI as a tool for excellence, not a threat.
ā¢ Stress-free: We don't track hours; we track quality and results. You must be able to handle heavy workloads during peak seasons with zero drop-off in communication.
Compensation & Partnership
Base Salary: Starting at $150,000, with significant upside for those who demonstrate they can manage larger file volumes using AI efficiency.
ā¢ Equity Partnership: Unlike traditional firms with 10-year paths, we offer an immediate track to equity. Upon completion of an initial "integration period" (e.g., 6ā12 months) to ensure culture and quality fit, you will be invited to participate in the firm's equity program.
