We’re looking for a multitalented Course Instructor who’s just as comfortable teaching on camera as they are creating and designing courses from scratch.
If you’re someone who can take raw ideas or outlines and turn them into engaging, easy-to-follow lessons — and then deliver those lessons on video with clarity and charisma — we want to work with you!
This role is perfect for an educator, coach, or trainer who knows how to simplify complex topics, connect with adult learners, and make learning fun.
Responsibilities Include:
Teach course content on camera in a clear, upbeat, and professional manner
Rework or develop course materials including lesson plans, scripts, quizzes, and downloadable resources
Collaborate on the course structure, learning outcomes, and flow
Create or oversee the design of slide decks, PDFs, and visual aids (using Canva or similar tools)
Help optimize the course for adult learners by making it simple, visual, and interactive
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Has experience teaching adults on camera (e-learning, webinars, or training videos)
Has built or helped build online courses using platforms like Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.
Is comfortable designing slides or working with designers to bring visuals to life
Understands how to structure content for maximum learner engagement
Can take initiative and work independently while communicating clearly with a team
Bonus: Background in software, marketing, or business education
