Job Summary:
We are searching for a highly proficient Coupa Administrator Contractor to lead the support and advancement of our Coupa platform. The role involves being the primary expert for Coupa configuration, responsible for system administration, stabilization post-implementation, and continuous optimization to enhance performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and AP stakeholders, driving system integrity, encouraging user adoption, and fostering team knowledge growth to bolster long-term platform support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Coupa system administration and configuration efforts.
• Drive the stabilization process following platform go-live.
• Engage in continuous optimization to improve system performance and user experience.
• Facilitate user adoption through targeted training and support.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and delivers value.
Must-Have Skills:
• Advanced expertise in Coupa system configuration and administration.
• Strong ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in driving user adoption and system optimization.
Industry Experience Required:
• Prior experience in Procurement or Finance systems administration, preferably with explicit experience in the Coupa platform.
