What Youll Do
For this role we are looking specifically for a rising junior or senior or to develop and execute plans to further engage communities across North Carolina to create alignment with current priorities to improve health care for all. In this role, you will work to improve current reporting and streamline data collection processes.
What You Bring
Students that are a rising junior or rising senior.
Curiosity, drive, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Good oral and written communication skills including Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of public health trends and issues
Analytical skills
Youre available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. (May 19 July 25)
You will be located in North Carolina during the internship program.

Rising Junior/Senior: $21/hr.

Salary Range
At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.
Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.
$41,600.00 - $46,600.00
