Monitor and report on market performance, demonstrating a strong understanding of demand-supply dynamics and commercial strategy, while proactively identifying areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with local regulatory standards. Drive the country’s growth strategy by analysing and optimizing the marketing channel mix. Lead the strategy and execution of country-level campaigns to drive demand generation. Partner with the regional product team to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates. Guide and support cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment towards market growth goals. Collaborate with headquarters and other local teams to ensure operations are aligned with broader business objectives. Stay current with industry trends and market developments to keep the company ahead of the curve. What you'll Need to Succeed:8+ years of experience in leading B2C companies in Growth, Marketing, or Operational leadership roles; experience in the local travel industry is a plus. Preferably experienced in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with a strong bias for action. Demonstrated ability to unlock growth in challenging or mature markets by identifying untapped opportunities and adapting go-to-market strategies to local user dynamics. Strong understanding of the country’s user behavior, demand patterns, and digital marketing regulations and best practices. Proven ability to identify root issues and growth opportunities through data, and to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive change. Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and structured thinking to scale growth sustainably. Strong sense of ownership and drive to champion the country’s growth in a competitive and evolving landscape. Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact initiatives on time. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative testing, with a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation. Willingness to travel moderately within Europe and to Asia.
