Country Directors (Volunteer Position)
We are seeking Country Representatives (All Countries) to join our team. This is a part-time, unpaid, virtual volunteer position.
Peace360 initiative core principles—the 5 C’s:
1. Communication – Demonstrating clear, professional, and timely communication with team members and stakeholders.
2. Collaboration – Effectively working within teams, contributing ideas, and supporting others to achieve our collective goals.
3. Compassion – Showing empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to our humanitarian mission.
4. Consistency – Maintaining reliability and dedication in fulfilling assigned tasks and responsibilities.
5. Commitment – Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude toward contributing to the success of Peace360 Initiatives
Responsibilities.
• Initiate, launch, and lead the country chapter.
• Form and Lead the chapter committee.
• Conduct leadership and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate and implement Peace360 Initiative’s programs.
• Represent the Peace360 Initiative in a professional manner and spread the movement.
Requirements:
• A passion-driven leader committed to serving the community.
• Interest in Conflict Management, Mental Health, and Community Engagement.
• A professional non-profit or community engagement background.
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
• Respect, diligence, and a personable manner.
• Willingness to contribute 5-20 hours per week.
• Align with Peace360 Initiative's values and commitment to Peace360 Initiative's vision
