Job Duties and Responsibilities of Counter Sales Warehouse:
Ā Provide assistance to clients with questions about automotive parts, whether through personal interactions or phone consultations.
Ā Extend expert knowledge and assistance to customers and team associates.
Ā Provide stellar customer service to promote a positive and memorable shopping encounter.
Ā Utilize digital solutions, cash register technology, and comprehensive catalog systems to locate and retrieve parts.
Ā Interact with clientele to grasp their concerns and offer practical solutions.
Qualifications and Experience of Counter Sales Warehouse:
Ā Valid driver?? license.
Ā Experience in automotive settings or a proactive attitude towards acquiring knowledge.
Ā Meeting the educational criteria involves having a high school diploma or GED, and candidates with technical or vocational training backgrounds are preferred.
Ā Outstanding communication capabilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ā Skill in operating efficiently within a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā Skillset in the automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural sector, or retail automotive sector.
Ā Skill set enriched through practical experience in parts stores, auction settings, and auto body repair shops.
Ā Being well-versed in cataloging or inventory management systems is advantageous.
Ā Although having ASE certifications is preferred, it is not a mandatory criterion.
