*Position Overview**
Full-time, benefit eligible position
Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays
$500 sign-on bonus for initial sign-on and additional $500 for Qualified Mental Health Professionals
*Essential Functions**
Clinical Service Provision*
Provide individual and group education services based on client's needs and goals
Assist clients in developing Wellness Plans and accessing necessary services
Offer support in various areas including daily living skills, employment, and maintaining wellness
Collaborate with an Integrated Health Team to ensure holistic care for clients
Maintain documentation and compliance with company guidelines
Integrated Health Team*
Communicate with team members to coordinate client care effectively
Make referrals to additional services as needed
Serve as a liaison to support clients' treatment goals
Miscellaneous*
Seek culturally competent services for clients
Assist with transportation when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
*Requirements**
High School/GED required
Associates or bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred
Relevant experience working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license and automobile coverage required
