Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) to join their team. As a Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing), you will be part of the Operations Finance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)
Location:San Jose, California / Boise, ID / Hybrid or Remote
What's the Job?
• Represent Operations Finance in a global SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Partner with ERP project managers, IT, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration
• Lead process documentation and design discussions for current and future state processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and system integrations activities
• Apply your expertise in cost accounting to inventory valuation and manufacturing variances
What's Needed?
• 7+ years of experience in Operations Finance or Cost Accounting within manufacturing environments
• Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing industries
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost flows and inventory accounting principles
• Business-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Prior experience acting as a finance SME during ERP transformations is a plus
