Business Development Opportunity:
As a Commercial Insurance Risk Management Specialist at World Insurance Associates LLC, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, and delivery of risk management solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and industry expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate new business, focusing on commercial accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel to closing
Utilize World's platform to provide risk management solutions to clients, including traditional commercial lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k), and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance using HubSpot
Qualifications:
Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Familiarity with insurance agency management software platforms, such as AMS360 and Epic, and sales CRMs, like HubSpot
Able to build and present client pitches/presentations
