Corporate Philanthropy & Foundation Internship
Support AEO Inc.'s Foundation and Corporate Philanthropy team in administration, communication, fundraising, and event needs.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Handle distribution for the AEO Gift Card Request program, including reviewing requests and maintaining records.
• Draft communications and post content related to charitable giving and Foundation grant programs.
• Research and share volunteer opportunities in various cities with internal teams.
• Provide event support for the AEO Foundation Golf Classic, Summer Sample Sale, and Fixture Sale.
• Assist with the Stage AE Ticket Request program, including processing payments and releasing tickets.
• Monitor the AEO Better World Foundation inbox.
• Sort mail, print documents, file grant documentation, and mail event supplies.
• Provide overall support to ensure department efficiency.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
• An enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Documents, Gmail, Microsoft Office Products, and mail merging.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-manage.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Remote work flexibility with in-office expectations 1-2 times per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Anticipated pay range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
• Part-time opportunity at 20 hours/week, with a maximum of up to 40 hours/week.
