- Streamline processes for branch-level Parts Departments to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams to implement and execute parts room concepts
- Source parts in coordination with the Service Procurement Team for timely delivery
- Optimize inventory management through data analysis and waste reduction strategies
- Build strong relationships with branch locations to support their daily operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of parts experience preferred
- Strong understanding of service, parts, and warranty processes
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on company products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of purchasing and logistics
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time
- Proven track record in building and maintaining vendor and customer relationships
