We are seeking a skilled professional to manage corporate outreach and training booking. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating training sessions and engaging with corporate clients to facilitate successful training programs.

• Bianca Lysette is a rapidly expanding manifestation and leadership coaching brand specializing in subconscious performance, identity work, and high-impact success training for entrepreneurs and corporate teams.
• We’re looking for a Corporate Outreach & Trainings Coordinator who can help bring Bianca’s corporate workshops, executive trainings, and mindset programs into organizations across the U.S.
• This is a strategic, results-driven role for someone who loves networking, relationship-building, and connecting powerful solutions with companies that need them.

• Your primary goal:
• Find the right companies, identify the key decision-makers, and pitch our corporate training programs with clarity and confidence.
• * ✨ What You’ll Do
• Research companies, organizations, and corporate groups that fit Bianca’s training topics
• Identify the correct decision-makers (HR, Learning & Development, Directors, Executives, Employee Wellness leads, etc.)
• Conduct daily outreach through email, LinkedIn, social platforms, and direct communication
• Craft compelling messages that speak to the company’s needs and the impact of Bianca’s programs
• Pitch corporate workshops, leadership trainings, and team development sessions
• Follow up consistently and professionally to secure meetings and presentations
• Set appointments for Bianca or the sales team with qualified organizations
• Maintain detailed logs of outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations
• Build long-term relationships that lead to recurring corporate partnerships
• Stay aligned with Bianca’s tone, values, and high-level brand presence

• A strong communicator with experience in B2B outreach, sales, or lead generation
• Confident, polished, and professional when speaking with executives and corporate teams
• Skilled at finding decision-makers and navigating company structures
• Organized and consistent with follow-up, pipeline management, and lead tracking
• Comfortable pitching leadership, performance, or mindset-related programs
• Passionate about personal development, mindset, and performance psychology
• Strategic, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of results
• Someone who thrives in relationship-building and creating opportunities
• This role is perfect for someone who knows how to think big, communicate at an executive level, and believes in the impact that mindset and manifestation training can have on workplace performance.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
