The Job Opportunity: You have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategies across each of Areté's projects and communities, as well as the corporate brand. From early visioning to initial sales, you will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing to ensure corporate and project marketing reaches its highest potential across multiple audiences and channels. You excel at seeing, creating, and understanding the big picture, while being able to drill down to strategies that execute the vision. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will hit the ground running helping to manage the Marketing team, and implementing expertise across all areas of marketing: • Brand Development and Execution • Marketing Strategy • Research and Insights • Press and Promotion • Social Media, Websites, and Digital Marketing This is a unique opportunity to play a significant and growing role in shaping a new era of responsible placemaking, working alongside highly motivated and talented professionals. The role requires an ability to find clarity in ambiguity, pivot easily, and collaborate effectively across many departments and skill sets. Core Responsibilities: • Partner with SVP to develop and initiate marketing strategies to grow the Areté Collective brand across both business and consumer audiences • Assist with marketing management of Areté's in-house luxury design firm, Denton House • Lead day-to-day management of new project marketing, often including working with outside partners and agencies, incorporating expertise in research and insights, story development, brand identity, early launch marketing strategies, public relations, and community engagement strategies • Oversee team of Marketing Managers, providing leadership across areas such as social media, copywriting, and graphic design • Provide support on new business development, marketing operations, CRM management, and internal brand engagement • 7 – 10 years Brand and Marketing experience in Development, Real Estate, or Luxury Hospitality • Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning and identity development, real estate and community marketing, collateral development, social media, and brand management • Experience in managing direct reports • Ability to envision, lead, and complete projects effectively • Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written • Excellent attention to detail while executing across multiple projects • Highly flexible and accommodating to start-up environments, taking on a variety of roles and managing variable situations • Autonomous and self-sufficient, can take instruction and easily run with it to completion About Areté Collective Areté Collective was born out of the desire to create a new way of Development for a new way of life – for land and people.
