Job Description:The Corporate Accounts Specialist (CAS) is responsible for supporting sales growth, account engagement, and portfolio performance. The CAS executes day-to-day initiatives to maximize consumable utilization, device performance, and expansion opportunities. This role plays a critical role in achieving portfolio objectives.What you’ll do:Primary Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for Tier 3 Corporate Brands, maintaining strong relationships with brand leadership and location teams.Execute sales and growth initiatives developed in partnership with the Corporate Accounts Director.Drive consumable utilization, booster penetration, and device optimization across portfolio locations.Support expansion initiatives, including new location onboarding, incremental system adoption, and device coordination.Manage sales strategy and conversations surrounding 2nd systems and trade-up opportunities and warranty extension sales.Monitor brand performance metrics and identify tactical opportunities to increase usage and revenue.Assist the CAD in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews, follow-up execution, and implementation tracking.Deliver virtual training for providers and staff on:Hydrafacial treatment protocolsBooster education and upsell strategiesDevice utilization best practicesCoordinate with Regional Training Specialists and field teams for in-person support as neededSupport marketing initiatives, membership programs, and promotional campaigns at the location levelAssist in corporate-level ordering, including managing order issues with Customer CareAssist in corporate-level technical requests, including managing quotes, invoices and payments, and field level appointment schedulingCollaborate with Accounting on invoice requests and payment coordinationMaintain detailed account activity and growth documentation within Salesforce CRM.Track portfolio-level KPIs, including utilization, expansion activity, and adoption metrics.Provide regular updates and insights to the Corporate Accounts Director.Attend required company meetings, regional meetings, and key corporate eventsAdditional duties as assigned.What you need to know:Experience/Skills/Education:Required:High school diploma or GED4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales supportExperience with medical practices, med-spas, or multi-location wellness businessesProven ability to execute strategies that drive utilization, revenue, and expansionExperience delivering virtual training or remote account enablementStrong business acumen (ROI, pricing strategy, service menu development)Proven ability to influence client behavior as the primary brand contactExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce required)Ability to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel occasionally for meetings or brand supportDesired:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAesthetic license or familiarity with the medical aesthetics industryExperience supporting multi-location corporate brandsWe mean it when we say you’ll LOVE this role.​Base Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 + CommissionAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
