We're now seeking an innovative and experienced Core HR Global Process Owner (GPO) to join our HR Shared Services team on a fully remote basis in the USA or Canada. As a GPO, you will champion seamless HR processes that enhance the associate experience and enable our HR teams to focus on their highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core HR processes, ensuring they deliver an outstanding associate experience. Your responsibilities will include:


Lead Process Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core HR processes, ensuring they deliver an outstanding associate experience.
Drive Global Harmonization: Set design principles and make a compelling case for process standardization, influencing global stakeholders and promoting consistency across regions.
Collaborate on Transformation Initiatives: Partner with IT, Shared Services, and HR teams to implement technology-driven HR solutions that enhance the user experience.
Champion Change Management: Build and execute change plans that drive adoption, align with compliance requirements, and ensure data quality across Core HR processes.
Analyze and Optimize: Use your analytical skills to interpret HR data, measure impact, and make data-driven recommendations that continuously improve processes.


Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:


Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 7+ years in HR operations, business process management, or shared services within a global environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively with global teams.
Process Improvement Skills: Strong understanding of process optimization and automation, with experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies. PMP certification is a plus.
HR Tech Expertise: Proficient with HRIS, workflow automation tools, and process documentation.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills to influence, engage, and build relationships with HR and business leaders.


Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:


Experience working in a global, remote environment.
Knowledge of Veralto’s industry and business operations.
Certifications in HR-related fields, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
