Copywriter & Proofreader
About the position Responsibilities • Write and edit copy for visual merchandising, retail marketing initiatives, product packaging, and more. • Proof a high volume of digital and print assets to ensure copy is error-free and consistent with brand style guide. • Support translations process to ensure key deliverables are localized for global markets. • Partner with product development, regulatory, and design teams to support ongoing packaging artwork releases. • Contribute copy for 360 campaigns from concept to launch, including in-store activations, educational materials, paid ads, and more. • Ensure the ILIA voice comes to life consistently across all brand touchpoints. • Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for best-in-class creative to support successful product launches. Requirements • Minimum 2+ years professional writing and proofing experience, preferably in the beauty/wellness space. • Ability to write engaging, on-brand copy and quickly grasp the ILIA voice. • Impeccable grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven. • Experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities against tight deadlines. • Passion for the beauty landscape and knowledge of trends in the space. • Writing samples or portfolio required.
