Our medical device client is looking for a contract marketing content editor (10-20 hours/week). This is an opportunity for an experienced editor/proofreader/digital content creator to support its busy content team.
In this role, you will craft, edit, and optimize compelling content across a range of formats to support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers, product and clinical experts, and the creative team to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with regulatory and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit content for digital and print marketing channels, including websites, brochures, email campaigns, video scripts, social media, etc.
Translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, audience- appropriate messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging across all product lines.
Ensure content meets regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience writing and editing marketing content, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling best practices.
Excellent grammar, proofreading, and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare communications is a plus.
