They are seeking a Coordinator, Social Community to develop social media content and foster relationships within influencer and press communities, while managing content calendars and monitoring social media channels. Responsibilities Manage and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across various platforms Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative Identify and leverage rising influencers, trending sounds, and new content formats to enhance brand storytelling and outreach efforts Support product launches by coordinating social media rollouts, activations, and content distribution, including handling product orders and mailing when needed Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics monthly to evaluate content effectiveness and guide strategic planning Skills Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in influencers/social/PR/communications/contracts or related space Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe) Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices Experience creating content for social channels Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities Experienced working with influencers or creators Passion for beauty, skincare, pop/digital culture Benefits Hybrid office model Healthcare including Medical, Dental and Vision 401k + match Gratis Tuition Reimbursement Company Overview Groupe Clarins is a trusted family owned beauty company.
