About the position

The Coordinator, Property Management at Hazel Valley Homes is responsible for providing support to residents throughout their rental experience, from move-in to move-out. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and effective communication with residents and internal teams, ensuring a positive experience within the Truehold community. The position primarily operates remotely but requires a presence in the Cleveland area for certain administrative tasks and property management interactions.

Responsibilities
• Manage tasks and communications received, ensuring satisfactory resolution of resident cases for internal and external stakeholders.

• Execute daily operations including onboarding new residents and checking in with residents at different intervals.
,
• Manage the tracking of cases in Salesforce.
,
• Ensure positive resident relations during interactions.
,
• Communicate with residents and internal teams via cases, phone calls, SMS messaging, and Slack.
,
• Provide excellent customer service remotely to all internal and external customers.

Requirements
• 3+ years experience as a property manager of 100+ units or assistant property manager of 250+ units.

• Experience using property management software, with a strong preference for Propertyware.
,
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
,
• Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals.
,
• Preference for experience using Salesforce.
,
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal effectively with a diversity of individuals.
,
• Strong understanding of technology and computer proficiency, including Google Applications and Microsoft Office.
,
• Ability to work remotely effectively, independently, and as a member of various teams.
