About the position

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking a Project Manager / Budget Manager - Enterprise Marketing Operations to support enterprise marketing initiatives by overseeing budget governance and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate budget tracking, timely invoice processing, and compliance with internal financial controls while driving projects to successful completion across multiple stakeholder groups. The Project Manager / Budget Manager serves as a central point of coordination between marketing, finance, accounts payable, and project teams, delivering clear communication, detailed reporting, and structured project execution through tools such as Monday.com. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong financial acumen, disciplined project management practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, B2B marketing environment while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accountability.
Budget Management:
Maintain the Enterprise Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance to approved budget.
Coding and submitting invoices to our A/P team. Monitoring and tracking invoices and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Work in Monday.com daily, updating items, communicating with stakeholders, creating new items, and holding team members accountable to project timelines and updates.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Conduct regular project status meetings, bringing with you a prepared agenda, keeping team members aligned to the agenda, creating action items, and sharing detailed updates.
Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders to ensure a timely, accurate information flow.
Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience working in a b2b project management environment.
• Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in budget management and project coordination.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Monday.com and B2B marketing a huge plus.
