Coordinator, Multiplatform Planning & Strategy

The Coordinator will help manage Owned & Paid NBC Entertainment multiplatform campaign deliverables, supporting the scheduling and media teams to ensure promotional assets are developed and delivered on time.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Multiplatform Scheduling & Paid Media Teams to manage promotional asset requests tied to premiere plans, campaign rollouts and stunt strategies based on programming and company prioritiesSubmit and communicate promo content needs to ensure all necessary campaigns and creatives are developed by the Entertainment team to fulfill plans across Paid Media, On-Air, Affiliates, Digital, and Streaming platformsEvaluate the Production Media Agency report and enter relevant information into our request interface and update with relevant promotional codes, tagging, traffic instructions, etcEnter video spot and lower third graphic/snipe request data in our project management and scheduling toolsCreate all promotional asset metadata: codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, etc., ensuring the most up-to-date and accurate information is maintained at all timesTrack program scheduling changes, creative revisions, delivery status and media team asset needs and update all respective documents and stakeholders as neededWork closely with internal project management and content finishing teams, as well as external vendors/agencies to ensure deliverables and timelines are metAttend ongoing asset need meetings with marketing team stakeholders and compile all relevant information and promotional requestsCollaboration across multiple internal and external teams, staying up to date with ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdditional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as neededSkillsExperience with Project Management tools and Trafficking SystemsExperience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)General knowledge of video production and post-productionAble to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesClear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)Awareness of and genuine interest in the state of Media & Entertainment Industry and Ad Sales trendsExcellent relationship-building skillsSelf-starter who is assertive, enthusiastic, and highly motivatedBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid leaveTuition reimbursementA variety of other discounts and perksCompany OverviewNBCUniversal is a media company that provides entertainment and news development, production, distribution, and marketing services.
